The West Boot [Chocolate]

These boots are gorgeous. Soft suede, beautifully made, and super comfortable. I ordered both the chocolate and the moss colors. Could only keep one pair, unfortunately, so I chose the chocolate - the color is deep, rich, and dressier-looking than the moss (which I also really liked, it was a tough decision). I'm generally an 8.5 and the 9 fits me well. When I first put the boots on, they seemed a little tight in the top of the foot (instep?), but after wearing them briefly that went away. I have been wanting these boots forever. Finally they had it in 10. I used the instructions to precisely measure both my feet and so I ordered size 10. It was too short. Not the kind where you can stretch and eventually they are comfortable. These are just too short for my size 10 feet. Unfortunately the size 11 sold out so I will just have to wait. ALSO, the Moss color looks kind of golden-y brown in the photos than it actually is more of a duller darker brown, for what it's worth. I still want them. No photo because I wrapped them back up as soon as I tried them on. The packaging was great and I loved that it was a canvas bag with strap as opposed to a shoe box. Bought these in the Moss color and absolutely love them. Perfect in between dressy and western boot. Got so many compliments may buy them in another color. True to size, got them, wore them around the house and they were ready for a night out! Customer service was amazing. [The West Boot - Moss]

I bought these after asking a few questions about several different pairs of boots. The answer s were quick and very specific. I knew the West Boots would be the best choice for me. The boots are beautiful. Incredible craftsmanship. I think I will need a few days to break in the toe box but they are so cool looking I will definitely keep them.
