We gladly accept unworn, undamaged items, that are returned in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
Gift cards and Archive Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
Our leather outsoles are beautiful but may scratch on hard floors. Please try your new shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the sole. Returns initiated but not deemed by Either/Or to be resalable at full retail value -- including pairs with scuffed outsoles -- will not be processed.
To initiate a return, email email@example.com and will email you a return label. We do not charge a restocking fee, however the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount. We take responsibility for paying the original shipping charges. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving a return label to be eligible for refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item at our studio and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
International orders are responsible for all return shipping fees.

The new item will be shipped to the customer within 3 business days of receiving the original in our studio.
