Bought these in the Moss color and absolutely love them. Perfect in between dressy and western boot. Got so many compliments may buy them in another color. True to size, got them, wore them around the house and they were ready for a night out! Customer service was amazing. [The West Boot - Moss]

I bought these after asking a few questions about several different pairs of boots. The answer s were quick and very specific. I knew the West Boots would be the best choice for me. The boots are beautiful. Incredible craftsmanship. I think I will need a few days to break in the toe box but they are so cool looking I will definitely keep them. Definitely a financial investment for my budget but glad I decided to say yes!!! [The West Boot - Chocolate]

I ordered the West boots in size 39. I normally wear an 8 1/2 so 39 fit perfectly.
My issues are that in my belief I feel the soles need to have a rubber base to make them sturdier.
I had to add a grip on the bottom of the soles to keep them from slipping.
Everything about them is great with the exception of in the heel area they do slide, if I would’ve gone up size my foot they just would’ve swam on my foot, if I had gone down a size, they would’ve been too tight.
Correcting the heel cup and the grip on the bottom of the soles I think would make these the most amazing boots in the world. Also ,inconsistent on the zippers. They don’t match on both sides and consistent stitching little things like that need to be addressed and corrected. [The West Boot - Moss]

Just received these beauties today and I LOVE them!!! I wore them out to dinner tonight and they felt great. The only think I agree with others is that they are narrow through the toe box. I am actually fine wearing most of my shoes with no socks so that's what I did! I am a size nine so sizing up would have been too big. [The West Boot - Moss]

Somehow I stumbled across a photo of The West Boot, and that was it for me! Absolutely beautiful!! I am a true 7.5, and debated between dropping down to a 7 after reading the reviews. I probably should have gone with the 7, but it's not enough of a difference to cause concern. Beautiful boots, and the packaging was such a lovely touch! Saving up for the Vintage Pull-On in Oxblood or the Monk Loafers - LOVE!!! So happy for Tacoma, WA!! I am just across the bridge :) Thank you!! [The West Boot - Moss]
