EXCHANGES

 
Not the right fit?  For U.S. customers, we offer one free exchange for unworn, undamaged items in the original packaging within 15 days of delivery.  All exchange items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving a return label. 
 
The new item will be shipped to the customer within 3 business days of receiving the original in our studio.
 
 International customers are responsible for all exchange shipping fees.
 

 RETURNS

 
We gladly accept unworn, undamaged items, that are returned in the original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Items not returned in the original packaging may be rejected or subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To initiate a return click the button at the top of this page.  Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.  Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving a return label to be eligible for refund.
Our leather outsoles are beautiful but may scratch on hard floors.  Please try your new shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the sole.  Returns initiated but not deemed by Either/Or to be resalable at full retail value -- including pairs with scuffed outsoles -- will not be processed.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item at our studio and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL & GIFT CARDS

 

International customers are responsible for all duty, VAT, or other costs incurred by customs as well as return shipping fees.
Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for use on our pre-loved site. 

 

PURCHASING ON SALE

 

Items purchased on sale, through our occasional site-wide or seasonal sales are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT  unless otherwise marked.  Sale items returned for store credit will have the return shipping fee deducted from credit issued.  Items that are FINAL SALE will be marked as such in the product description.
Stories, Flash & Sample Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an order was placed within 3 days (or less) of a sale - and the item purchased is in stock and included in the sale - we will honor the sales price and issue the difference in store credit.  Store credit is valid for 2 years from issue date.
Discount codes cannot be applied after purchase.
